Terms & Conditions

Booking Eligibility

• All sessions must be booked by a parent or legal guardian of the teen participant.

• Glow & Grace sessions are exclusively for clients between the ages of 12 and 18.

Session Fees and Payments

• A non-refundable session fee of $399 is required to reserve your appointment.

• This session fee covers your photoshoot experience, hair and makeup, wardrobe consultation, and same-day reveal session.

• All prints and digital image products are sold separately. A la carte items begin at $699 and collections start at $2,500.

• Payment for products is due at the same-day ordering appointment unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee of $250.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the session entirely.

Image Delivery and Use

• Clients will view and order images during their same-day reveal appointment.

• Digital and physical products will be delivered within the timeline specified at the time of ordering.

• Only clients who sign a photo release will have their images used for marketing, promotions, website, or social media.

• If no release is signed, all images remain private and will not be shared or displayed.

Client Responsibility

• It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the teen arrives on time and prepared for their session.

• Any clothing or props brought by the client should be clean, age-appropriate, and align with the style of session discussed in your consultation.

Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our services and products, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be provided once a session has taken place or once products have been ordered.

Studio Rules

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.

• Glow & Grace reserves the right to end a session if inappropriate behavior is observed.

• Only one parent or guardian is permitted in the studio during the session to help keep the environment calm and focused.
